Giveaway Rules
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Strive Nutrients whose Instagram handle is @strive________________. The "Prize" refers to an Fluence and 10kg of Strive Plant Nutrients
- By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by **11:00 pm EST** on **November 22, 2024**. One (1) winner in North America will be selected at random by The Promoter on **December 2, 2024** and the winner will be notified by email on or after this date.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
- Contest open to residents of North America (Canada and U.S.A)
- Prize will only ship to residents of North America (Canada and U.S.A)
- Entrants must submit Name and Email into the giveaway form to be considered as entered
- Extra entries for Instagram follow must be communicated clearly to us in an email reply
- Entrants must only use one email address, multiple email address will not be considered
- The Promoter will not be held liable for damage, warranties, or any other issues caused directly or indirectly by the Prize.
